When will my order ship? Most items ship (leave the warehouse) within 1-3 business days, unless otherwise noted. Note: Choosing an expedited shipping method (details below) does not allow an item to ship any sooner than the stated time to leave the warehouse; expedited shipping reduces the time an order takes to arrive at the shipping address AFTER the order leaves the warehouse. When will my order arrive? With Ground delivery in the Continental US, your order will arrive within 1 - 8 business days after it leaves the warehouse. We also have Expedited (Next Day, 2 Day and 3 Day) options available (pricing details below) for most items, which means your order will arrive 1, 2 or 3 business days after it leaves the warehouse. Oversized and other special items Standard Ground shipping rates are noted at each individual product page. Expedited shipping for these items if requested will be quoted to you by email or phone for your approval before your order ships and can be significantly higher than the standard expedited shipping rates detailed above because of the weight or dimensions of these items. We can only accept returned packages that have an RA# written clearly on the outside of the package - packages without an RA# can not be accepted. Please note that products need to be in their original packaging and can not be in used condition. Special Orders Customized Items, Special Orders, and items that have been installed or used are non-refundable. Items shipped by FREIGHT delivery may incur a 10% restocking fee.
